This perlino colt had severe photosensitivity (looks lick sunburn) around his lips and eyes.
His skin was brown with blisters, as seen in the first photo.
Care
The colt was given Homeopathic Cantharis 6C twice a day and chickweed cream was rubbed into the area. He was also stabled during the middle of the day. Within a few days the photosensitivity/ sunburn had cleared up and did not return.
Photos were taken after Homeopathic treatment with his skin returned to a healthy pink colour and blisters are gone.
Note; new care would include Elitox toxin binder or Belinda’s Amazing Minerals Plus in the horses feed as a prevention to photosensitivity.
